Summer Watering Tips for Healthy Trees!

Summer is here, and so is the HEAT! With an average city temperature of 88 degrees throughout the Summer months, it is essential that trees are properly watered and maintained to encourage heathy growth and safeguard them from stressful summer temperatures.

Any extra watering that you can do in your neighborhood to new and young trees helps “TREE-mendously” in the continued growth and lasting health. About 25 gallons of water per week is enough for summer trees. That’s about 2 minutes of a slow release stream from a hose connection.
